SSL certificate

Is your site using an SSL certificate? It is critical to making websites secure. When I click on some URL links, many of them (possibly created many years ago) still don’t have one.

SSL encrypts internet traffic, making your site safer from online threats. Many modern browsers block websites without an SSL certificate, and that is not a good news for site owners. They lose the opportunity for potential customers to visit their sites and learn about their business. It costs some money to get one, but it is well worth the investment and essential for securing your website and improving SEO.

If an URL has https: in front of it, or if there is a key or shield icon in the address bar, it means that the website is protected by an SSL certificate. If you don’t have one, get one today and protect yourself and your website visitors.
